With a portfolio of more than $300M worth of Real Estate based investments including residential, retail, mixed use, multifamily and hotel based assets, Kiddar maintains a nimble, detailed, and confidential approach, from site selection through project stabilization.

Todd Hitt's Bio x Todd Hitt is the President and CEO of KiddarMetz LLC and its parent company Kiddar Group Holdings, Inc. Mr. Hitt has 25 years of investment and management experience in various privately held businesses covering all aspects of both residential and commercial construction, real estate development and hotel and restaurant services. His focus throughout his business career has been building brands with strong recognition and vibrant cultures where an employee's entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged to thrive and innovative approaches to management are considered and valued.
Mr. Hitt has directed the sale, acquisition, repositioning and ownership of over $1B worth of commercial and residential real estate. He brings this expertise, experience, and passion to every KiddarMetz project.
Mr. Hitt is the youngest grandson of Warren A. Hitt, founder of Hitt Construction, Inc. one of the nations leading general contractors. Mr. Hitt has also been involved in various entities, including but not limited to Carr Properties, Inc., a real estate development corporation, Choate Group, LLC, a diversified real estate investment company, and The MHG Group, Inc., an owner an operator of cafes and restaurants in the DC Metro Area.
Mr. Hitt keeps his interests outside of business varied. He is a proud supporter of the arts, most particularly The Phillips Collection Museum, and he enthusiastically supports Borromeo Housing Inc., a non profit organization providing housing and life management skills to unwed mothers. Mr. Hitt, a former All American and University of Virginia soccer player, also coaches youth soccer and helps guide elite players through the college selection process.
Mr. Hitt has a Bachelors Degree in Finance from the University of Virginia.

Dave Mark's Bio x Dave Mark is the Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of KiddarMetz LLC and its parent company Kiddar Group Holdings, Inc. Mr. Mark is an investor, entrepreneur, and bestselling author. Mr. Mark was a founding investor in Honest Tea (recently purchased by Coca Cola). He has numerous real estate investments, both residential and commercial.
Along with his duties as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Mark also manages Kiddar's real estate R&D arm, bringing a technology focus to every Kiddar project.
Mr. Mark has founded and sold a variety of publishing and broadcast ventures, including SpiderWorks Publishing and nationally syndicated radio programs like The David Lawrence Show and the Net Music Countdown. He also was a Vice President at Metrowerks, a provider of embedded and desktop software development tools, when it was purchased by Motorola, Inc. In addition, Mr. Mark has written more than a dozen books on technology, including a number of Amazon bestsellers and a recent #1 programming book in the country, Beginning iPhone Development. Mr. Mark is also a founder of MartianCraft, developers of high profile mobile applications.
Mr. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Advanced Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master's Degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from Stanford University.
