With over 16 years of extensive design, construction and project management experience, Ms. Roeschel has managed over 4.5 million square feet of architectural construction projects including commercial development, retail banking, healthcare, government, hospitality and programmatic / roll out projects in the US and abroad.

Ms. Roeschel has extensive experience in the planning, design, construction and occupancy phases of projects. She brings exceptional management and leadership value to each of her project assignments.

Prior to joining Kiddar, Ms. Roeschel was the Owner and Project Director of the Roeschel Group. Before that, she was the Project Director of Special Projects for Capital One. Noted projects include Management of the $14.2 M Capital One / Hibernia Bank Real-Estate signage and re-branding conversion of over 8500 signs in 360 locations in Texas and Louisiana, Program Management of Capital One's Future of Work Flexible officing initiative, and Program Management of the $4M Hibernia Hurricane Katrina Housing project which provided housing for over 1,100 associates and their families impacted by Hurricane Katrina.

Ms. Roeschel graduated Suma Cum Laude, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design with an Architectural focus from the University of Texas in Austin. Most recently, Ms. Roeschel completed her Mini MBA from the University of Richmond.
